Items are eligible for a free replacement within 30 days of delivery in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered to you.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with the outer box or case, accessories, user manual, warranty cards, scratch cards, and any other included materials in the manufacturer’s packaging for a successful return.

Both opened and unopened products can be returned.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
